Working in a not-for-profit community role, managing a team of 6 volunteers, I managed and promoted social events for local residents. This has included organising a street party for 100 residents attended by the local Mayor.

I was invited to join the the Global Guidelines Programme which recommended the implementation of a third party package solution (Latent Zero's ‘Sentinel) to standardise post-trade guideline monitoring procedures across the organisation. Working as the Senior Business and Data Analyst within the Compliance Project Team, my role was varied but primarily focused on ensuring that the requisite data was available within Sentinel to support the Fixed Income implementation holding both FI and ET & OTC derivatives.

I was brought in to manage the largest data (CADIS) workstream , resulting in the delivery of a robust, optimised global data framework for CRD (Charles River) supporting 24 x 7 OMS trading.

Here I worked as part of the Investment Management Front Office team to define the high level Target Operating Model for the portfolio management business whilst supporting the RFP and system evaluation process.

Working within a small front office projects team, we successfully implemented CRD to support modelling, compliance checking, and order management enabling STP with Simcorp's Dimension across all core asset classes.

A Business Analyst in Mellon's Front Office Projects team, we were one of the first companies in the City to implement third party portfolio management system CRD.

I cut my teeth here, gaining experience in business analysis, programming and IT support.
