I worked with clients ranging from large corporations to manufacturing plants, placing candidates with a variety if skill sets. Recruiting, interviewing, and ensuring appropriate candidates were provided to the client was my top priority. I was also responsible for coaching and providing feedback to candidates related to reviews provided by clients.

I was responsible for managing a million-dollar volume business for a world class organization. As an assistant manager it was critical that we were staffed appropriatly and all individuals trained in accordance with company guidelines and policies.
