Responsible for control budget preparation, cost control, and progress reporting;Define work breakdown structure (WBS) & cost breakdown structure (CBS) for the project;Engineering manpower estimating & planning;Detailed planning of engineering activities, including manpower loading & resource leveling;Defining cost control breakdown and Setup in SAP for cost reporting & analysis;Maximize efficiency through SAP to realize cost control, reporting & analysis;Project analysis and forecasting (analysis of cost overrun and costing trends) ;Prepare cost reports (cost reports, cash flow, histograms, s-curves, deliverable progress reports) ;Review project change orders or variations from project team or sub-contractors; Manage invoicing and payment of all contracts. Cost controls performance are highly accepted and appraised by Project Managers;Facilitate communication between and among project team, finance and all other related department;Quality control, ensuring planning/scheduling & cost control are performed in accordance with corporate guidelines & standards; Tax issue control and forecast based on experience and make cost forecast result more reliable.Cost close out, cost deviation reports；Assets settlement after project handed over operation；Participate in Project lessons learnt and pass useful information to other projects as reference;Be good at SAP PS/MM module；All related cost for capital investment projects booking to SAP PS by PR/PO;Vendor information maintain and payment status tracking to ensure payment to be settled based on payment terms；Check SAP reporting data, correct/reallocate timely wrong booking cost and ensure SAP report accurate, cost transparent；SAP technical support to other projects.
