Working with arts nonprofits and state organizations to build capacity, create content for multiple platforms, curate exhibitions, teach classes and build out programming. Some organization include: the Oceanside Museum of Art, The Contemporary at Blue Star in San Antonio, South Dakota Public Broadcasting, the DEMIL Art Fund and more.

• Development, implementation and coordination of the programs related to; fellowship programs; re-grant programs, culture bearer honoring programs, as well as training and support programs designed for artists and community partners.
• Managed and led grant-making activities with a portfolio of over a quarter million in assets. Programs included: the Fellowship Program, the Community Spirit Award, Our Nation Spaces, and additional mentorships and partnerships. 
• Organized awards celebrations and an annual national professional development convening.
• Used multiple tools and platforms to perform duties including: Outcome Tracker (CRM program), Microsoft Suite, Google Drive, Basecamp, Adobe Suite.

• Oversaw daily program operations of seven artist residency and fellowship programs with over 75 artist-in-residence actively using the communal printmaking and digital studio. • Directed, planned and coordinated community engagement and special initiatives, including artist talks, workshops and panel discussions. • Worked alongside the Development Director to build program timelines, budgets and implementation strategies. • Managed artist applications, contracts, database and invoicing of studio fees.

• Managed training requirements for 25 student workers in four communal B&W darkrooms, five color darkrooms and two large lighting studios. • Implemented chemical solution and photographic knowledge to darkroom staff and students. • Performed maintenance on photographic equipment on over 50 enlargers and one Hope color processing machine.

• Instructed diverse classes of 20 to 25 college students in Digital Photography, Traditional Black and White Photography and Digital Imaging. • Developed and implemented interesting and interactive learning methods using Adobe Creative Suite. • Consistently received high teacher evaluation marks for instructional techniques and student learning success. • Used a variety of teaching techniques to encourage students critical thinking and discussion and writing for critiquing peer images and historical photographs.

• Published written and photographic works in military and civilian news sources, national and international. • Traveled three to five times a year to cover military related stories.• Participated in and assisted with the administration of Army Public Affair Programs primarily through news releases, articles, web-based material and photographs and helped trained other soldiers.

• Received, stored and shipped conventional ammunition, guided missiles, large rockets and other ammunition related items. • Increased supply point to 100% accountability through inventories and thorough record keeping. • Performed maintenance, destruction and demilitarization on ammunition and explosive components. • Operated computer hardware and software/utilities manual records to perform stock control.
