With over ten years of work experience in the social services sector, I am a passionate and driven non-profit leader and executive coach. In my most recent role as the Chief Operations Officer at CASA of Los Angeles, I oversaw the strategic planning, financial management, human resources, and operations of the organization, which provides advocacy and support for children and families impacted by the child welfare and juvenile justice systems in LA County. I also leverage my skills in psychology, motivational interviewing, and problem solving therapy to coach and empower executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals to achieve their personal and professional goals. I founded Khan Executive Coaching, LLC in 2021, and have since helped multiple clients improve their performance, leadership, and well-being. I hold a Master of Social Work and a Master of Science in Social Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California, and an Advanced Certification in Personal and Executive Coaching from the College of Executive Coaching. My mission is to create positive social change and impact through my work, and to inspire and support others to do the same.
