Current· Draft and present new customer proposals and contracts development, negotiation, and finalization across all Mayflower locations· Oversee customer onboarding – accurate entry of customer goods data, pricing lists, warehouse order management tie-ins · Develop reporting and key objectives to support sales, financial planning, and business development across current/future business· Identify business development opportunities and implemented effective strategy for client acquisition to achieve short-term and long-term business objectives, identify and execute customer upsell opportunities to provide customer value and improve customer experience/retention· Cultivate and maintain industry relationships and customer partnerships to capitalize on opportunities and maximize business success. Identify and partner with key industry groups to network and connect with industry professionals/ potential customers.· Train customer’s stakeholders in product and process insights, facilitate optimal use of services/solutions through education and solution participation · Responsible for leading bi-monthly business and customer insights reviews including development of cost and revenue reporting· Review proposed contracts against established policies, guidelines and legal requirements to identify critical issues, executed cost increases and/or financial mitigation strategies as necessary· Developed Google-Suite based customer survey to capture service data and create actionable improvement plans· Secured 50% increase in revenue from government accounts through contract language enforcement and application of FAR/DFARS conditions· Acting Controller – first point of contact for all banking partners, resolve escalated payables and receivables issues, trusted with executing ACH transactions and maintaining tax compliance, implement SaaS platforms for sales and finance automation
