-Supervision of PowerMyLearning program delivery. -Responsible for implementing high-quality PowerMyLearning’s family workshops both virtually (locally and nationally) and in-person at our partner schools when feasible (locally). This includes managing staffing, scheduling, and outreach. The Program Manager, Family Engagement will be responsible for the families’ experience when attending PowerMyLearning workshops and will interact with a broad spectrum of constituents including K-12 students, parents, teachers, school leaders and staff, and prospective funders. The Program Manager, Family Engagement will supervise part-time staff as needed to support this effort. The Program Manager, Family Engagement, working under the supervision of the national Program team, will participate in the development and review of program materials for online and in-person delivery. The Program Manager, Family Engagement will also manage PowerMyLearning’s partnership with the Los Angeles Public Library in which PowerMyLearning staff assist students after school in “Student Zones” within select library branches. This includes recruiting, training and managing 30-40 part-time Student Zone Helpers.
