• Oversaw the overall management of Effic Corp., a solution that integrates and enhances the efficiency of commercial vehicles, enabling approximately 5 million KRW in savings per bus per year. Responsibilities included strategic planning, financial management, sales, and operations.• Collaborated with K1 Mobility Group, one of the largest private urban bus company in Korea with approximately 1,600 city buses(about 400 electric buses are included, 2023), including Suwon City Bus Service, and the largest domestic electric commercial vehicle charging station, SE Mobility.• Conducted field testing at K1 Mobility to implement an energy management system utilizing data collected and processed from DTG devices installed in all commercial vehicles. The solution considered factors such as the Best Driver program for drivers to improve their driving habits, bus route data, charging data, state of charge (SoC), and charging time slots to achieve significant savings on electricity costs. Implemented the solution on 380 vehicles, resulting in an annual savings of approximately 1 billion KRW.• Developed, managed, and coordinated documentation and materials for TIPS (Technology-based Start-up Support Program) and its associated projects.• February 2023 : Achieved a successful EXIT by recognizing the technological and patent value, selling the company to SI (DTG device company) for KRW 1 billion.• February 2023 : Registered a patent (1025009180000) for the innovative solution to improve driving habits, known as Epic Best Driver, which supports safe driving habit improvement methods and devices.• April 2021 : Secured a funding of KRW 700 million for TIPS (Technology-based start-up support program) and related projects, specifically focusing on the development of a deep learning-based ultra-efficient electric bus charging control solution.• December 2020 : Raised KRW 200 million in investment from a prominent accelerator program.
