As a co-leader of a nine-member team, I spearheaded the organization of our annual competition’s fourth edition, featuring a new format aligned with the European elections. My role involved overcoming challenges such as fundraising, social media marketing, and team management. This hands-on experience strengthened my skills in delivering results under tight deadlines and deepened my insights into event management, strategic planning, and collaborative leadership.

As a management team member, I was required to adapt by handling various tasks to successfully organize and promote the competition titled "Climate Change and Societal Transformation: How Can EU Policy Advance Climate Protection and Sustainability in a Turbulent World" and several workshops. Driven by a strong commitment to EU affairs, this experience deepened my motivation to include youth in key EU policy discussions and enhanced my ability to manage and execute projects in changing environments.

Through my experience at the Hertie School, I recognized the important role of digital marketing and communications in policy analysis. This realization motivated me to pursue a summer internship abroad, where I deepened my understanding of digital marketing to more effectively communicate and promote policies in the future.
