The project is to build an Analytics solution for Medicaid and Medicare (Gov. Segment Business) GSB. this project collects data from various source system using MS SSIS ETL tools, to build with Power BI report and dashboard to help customer for better reporting and improve their customer experience.Involved in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, functional requirements and data specifications for Reports and dashboards.Built multiple data visualizations using Power BI in the form of interactive reports and dashboards; delivered different visualizations using Slicers, Lines, Pies, Histograms, Maps, Scatter, Bullets etc.

The project spared across multiple services to drive unprecedented loyalty success: program design, strategy, research, analytics, customer insights, creative, and digital solutions. I have worked in a team of 8 – 10 members to develop an analytics platform using tableau to serve its Client BCBS for providing health risk evaluations, complex care management and specialized medical services for its clients, this project involved Extract Translate and Load data into the Clinical database and produce innovative analytics using tableau report and dashboard. This dashboard was used by the multiple departments including Clinical for long-term decision-making, strategic plans, support and grow business.

• In Base Teller Payment team, managed their application by following all the processes & guidelines of SDLC.• Worked on an enhancement of Assumed Decimal and Mask Account Number where I designed it to be modular.• Worked as technical team member in Huntington Bank and fixed several defects in teller browser which are successfully passed QA testing. For defect management, we were using HP Quality Center ALM dashboard.• As a Teller Team member, we had started technical knowledge sharing session.• Worked on creation/written Technical documents with understanding their LOB (line of business) and overview of the product architect.Used: Java Script, SQL Server, Excel etc.

BI Developer • Automated generated reports in scheduled basisPulled data from SQL Server through ‘R’, using ODBC connection. All the Analysis done in ‘R’ and output written in SQL. Analysis is done in Bar, Trend Line, Pie and Correlation Charts.Used: R, SQL Server, Excel etc.• Refactored Existing Client Service Reports / Developed New ReportsWorked as a SQL developer in a team of 3 members to analyze existing reports to identify areas of improvements and implemented the enhancements. These changes made the future enhancements / extensions easier.Used: SQL Server, Crystal Reports, MS Access, Excel etc.Database application Developer• Web Site Development and Maintenance Designed and Developed a static website using HTML,CSS and Java Script that displayed company’s product catalog including images etc. Used: HTML, CSS, Java Script, Photoshop etc.• Legacy Back Office System DecommissionWorked in a team of 11 members as a SQL / SSIS developer responsible for developing SSIS interfaces and Stored procedures etc. The project was critical and difficult due to time constraints and minimal documentation on Data Model etc. Reverse Engineered the processes to identify the Legacy Data Model and was successful in extracting historical data and load into a SQL Server based Data Warehouse. Designed and implemented interfaces to query historical data for auditing. This helped the client save License & Operation cost & consolidate historical data and helped in the ROI of another major project.
