Collate and input Health and Safety information in CFAM system for audits, risk assessments, COSSH, TBT monthly reports, and accident/incident reports. Completing other duties as reasonably requested by the Contract Manager.Collect and provide information to the HR team i.e., immigration audits, new employee paperwork and training as per requirement.Raising the sales invoices for the clients and processing the invoices for the payment.Operate an efficient monitoring system on information regarding procurement / supply chain. Provide local administrative support/assistance to all managers as per contract requirement. Maintaining central calendars, organizing meetings, providing supporting documentation and if required taking and distributing minutes. To process all incoming and outgoing correspondence.General office e-filing and photocopying.Devising/ revising all QA and contractual documentation.Collating all information for report to the client.Maintaining folder integrity on the shared network.Setting up of procedures and practices.Ensure deadlines are met on behalf of Contract Manager.Co-ordinating and planning training (also carrying out skills analysis) Maintain Compliance records in a structured manner, ensuring that key documents are recorded and stored in the compliance folder up to date training Matrix.Processing invoices, raise Purchase orders and help with the procurement.
