-Provide case management services to refugees and other displaced persons such as coordination of housing, orientation/client education, and other basic needs enrollment within the program requirements and time frames utilizing in-house and external services provided within the community.-Assist clients to engage in activities that will facilitate self-sufficiency and encourage independence. -Coordinate the provision of interpretation and translation services to clients.-Provide safe and supervised transport for clients to off-site appointments or activities as needed.

-Provide support services to families and individuals with rental/mortgage and utility assistance, in regard to the CARES Act. -Handle urgent calls with excellent customer service skills, obtain and maintain data entries, and process confidential information in an organized manner. -Processed the paperwork for pledges and eviction notices as needed.-Determined the eligibility of services based on income and reviewed documentation.

-Provide programmatic guidance and support to the partner’s organization of respective -Development Areas (DAs) of ActionAid Pakistan in accordance with the country’s strategy paper.-Assist in developing work plans, budgets and implementing them in alignment with the organization’s mission statement and values while adhering to the rights-based approach. -Monitored and reported program activities in the DAs while supporting their partnerships through effective community mobilization, ensuring communities are empowered to claim and secure their rights through critical engagements. -Assisted partners and communities in lobbying for their issues and raising awareness among wider communities through issue-based advocacy and capacity building.

-Coordinated and followed up the processes in support of the part(s) of We Can End ‘Honour’ Killing Campaign. -Responsible for delivering parts of the We Can Campaign at a provincial level through timely and quality execution of the agreed and approved quarterly and annual work plans/budgets.
