AMBROSE Kam Shing CHAN, Ambrose Chan joined DSG International (Thailand) PLC (DSGT), as Chief Executive Officer - SEA in May 2008 and CEO - ASIA of DSG Group since December, 2019. DSG International Limited (DSGIL) is a holding company, specialises in manufacturing and marketing of branded baby and adult disposable diapers healthcare products. Subsequent to divestment of DSGT in 2018, Mr. Chan continued to serve as CEO of DSG International Limited until promoted to be Group Vice Chairman in October 2023. Honours and Awards: Stock Exchange of Thailand awarded DSGT Best Performance Company Awards in 2008 and 2009, Best CEO Nomination in 2010; CNBC Asia Best Leaders Nomination 2012 and Outstanding Entrepreneurial Award Thailand 2013. Fellow member of Institute of Directors of Thailand Ambrose started his regional management career in 1998. He was Chief Executive for the Asia Pacific Region and a Member of the Global Executive Board of : Novartis Consumer Health S.A during 1998-2002., Associated British Foods & Beverages (ABF plc) during 2003-04, both based in Singapore; and Vitasoy International Holdings Ltd. during 2005-07 in Hong Kong.Prior to his regional assignments, Ambrose was General Manager of Special Projects and Strategic Planning & Investments Director with the Henderson Group focusing on the hotels and retail portfolio in Greater China.Ambrose embarked upon his general management career in 1990 as Chief Operating Officer of Nestle China Ltd. (HK and Macau) upon moving back from the UK where he served as Marketing and Business Development Director of DSG (UK) Limited and DSG Dispo S.A. Prior to this, Ambrose acquired his international marketing expertise with Procter & Gamble AG, in Switzerland where he was Marketing Manager for the Far East & Middle East markets.
