Led 12 engineers in two product developer scrum teams. Was responsible for personal development, way of work and team-level improvements.

As EM, I led all the web-tech developers, research engineers and hardware engineers in the company. I also led a scrum master who was responsible for a web-tech scrum team. I had SM responsibilities in two other teams. I was responsible for performance, career and competency management.

The third team of mine successfully deployed a project specific deployment in the UK. I managed to keep the internal stakeholders close, I kept the development processes transparent by having frequent demos and reviews. As SM, I set up a new team responsible for a brand new web-technology product: Commsignia Central. I continued to support my embedded-tech scrum team to develop and maintain great smart city projects mainly in the United States. As agile expert I facilitated project retrospectives on company level. I visualized project pain points and process improvement opportunities to C-team.As facilitator I supported management team including CEO, CHRO, CPO, business unit leaders in 2 days workshop to dicuss and decide on organization development milestones.

After my analysis and proposal, team started to track hardware manufacturing on unit level according to lean one-piece flow concept. Processes became more transparent and delivery forecasts became more feasible.
