As an In-House Counsel at Intent Amplify, I support the legal and business needs of the organization and its clients, vendors, and partners. I draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, such as NDAs, IOs, POs, SLAs, MSAs, Consulting agreements and SaaS agreements, ensuring compliance, redlining, risk management, and alignment with the company's goals and policies. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve disputes, advise on policy issues, and facilitate smooth transactions.I graduated from Amity University Mumbai with a BBA.LLB (Hons.) degree in May 2021, where I gained a strong foundation in business, law, and ethics. I have also earned multiple certifications in mergers and acquisitions, maritime law and security, and GDPR, demonstrating my interest and aptitude in these domains. Prior to joining Intent Amplify, I worked as a Senior Associate and a Senior Process Executive at Infosys BPM, where I handled strategic procurement, contract analysis, and insolvency and bankruptcy cases for global clients. I have developed proficient drafting, arbitration, mediation, and international trade law skills, as well as a keen sense of innovation, efficiency, and teamwork.
