In the almost 3 years that I worked for Kohler Original Recipe Chocolates, I learned how to create recipes and created a permanent chocolate piece for the seasonal spring line. I taught hands-on chocolate classes with groups of up to 30 people and hosted chocolate and alcohol pairing seminars. I learned how to communicate with many different personalities throughout that process. I left Kohler Chocolates to pursue my business Get Baked by Ambur full-time. I teach hands-on cookie classes and fulfill custom cookie and cake orders that include birthdays, weddings, and other celebrations.
