Great achievements as: - Best Transactional Agent within the Spanish Team in 2016 - Best CRM agent within the Spanish Team and Best KPI performance in the company in 2018 - Achieve a 12% growth for Web Inbound and Upselling teams between Q4 '19 and Q1 '20. I consider myself a people person, that loves helping others giving always the best solutions. The way I connect with others (Customers and Team mates) is to make them comfortable and make them wish to work with me instead of chase them. Good communication is the best tool to improve relationships and listening them is what they need to really feel I am looking after them, as I always. Last year (2020) I finished ECDL Version 6 so I skilled up with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Security.
