My name is Amber Hooper and I have two passions that have shaped my current and future career goals. I love case management and business. Life for me has never been about pursuing one or the other but pursuing both.Currently, I am a Case Manager for Lakeland Behavioral Health system, managing a case load of 30 adolescents in a residential treatment facility. I started off there as a Behavioral Health Associate caring for the day to day needs of middle childhood age children and gathering the necessary skills to facilitate caring for those with mental health disorders.I have also worked for the Showboat Branson Belle since 2019 as a merchandise assistant; pursuing my passion of business and customer service with Herschend Family Entertainment. I have received degrees from Ozarks Technical Community College and Missouri State University including an Associate’s in general education, Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Development, Grad Certificate in Forensic Child Psychology, and a Masters in Child and Family Development. I am currently working on my Bachelor of Science in Finance at Oregon State University through the Guild program.I am hoping to connect with other Linked In Professionals pursuing the career paths I am on as well as those pursuing dual paths and to gain wisdom and knowledge that will further my career aspirations and motivations.
