Originally from Australia, I've been living in Berlin since 2019. I'm currently supporting the Travel & Events Team at Parity Technologies Gmbh. Previously as a Personal Assistant to leader in Web3 and Cryptocurrency, where I travelled around and provided support to the house management and housekeeping. I also provided support in events in the personal life of my employer over the 3+ years I worked for them. In my previous role as an Assistant Manager for a publication and book store front in Psychology, I was able to obtain and learn multi facets of a small business. From Marketing, Website Development and Accounting/Bookkeeping to name a few. I really found this role to be a satisfying and enjoyable, as I was able to feel accountable for most of the business operations. I have also worked as a Team Leader within a ski resort where I lived and worked on the mountain for 7 months. This was a remarkable experience that helped me set my eye on the move to Berlin. From this role I travelled solo up the east coast of Australia in my car. Essentially the training ground of leaving Australia as a solo traveler. This role I was to daily manage and provide statistics about the completed work and the team.I have also previously worked within a range of call centres from health insurance, American Express, Internet providers and Phone providers. Working within these call centre roles is how I developed the passion for Human Resources. I want to be able to help everyone within the company and provide a safe and understanding working space while still meeting the expectations of the company. I believe Human Resources is an overlooked position within the current job industry, and should be used to provide much more security to the employers and employees.However I do believe I can use my HR skills within a Project Management Role.
