Held weekly office hours to support students with academic philosophy writing, research, and reading/understanding material. Represented student body in hiring processes and events.

I worked with T. Barton Thurber, the Anne Hendricks Bass Director of the Frances Lehman Loeb Art Center & Lecturer in the Art Department, to prepare for his seminar, "Building the Museum: Collecting and Displaying Art from the Renaissance to the Present" (ART 316 / Spring 2023). I researched museums around the world that have undergone renovation.

Held weekly tutoring sessions to support students with symbolic logic problems (notation, constructing and completing derivations using Kalish-Montague), created study guides, and graded assignments/exams.

I conducted research on small, post-industrial American cities that straddle the line between urban and rural ('fringe cities').Following previous contributors' quantitative analyses on the defining characteristics of fringe cities, I looked into cities' historical and geographical conditions, including 19th and 20th century industrial growth, urban.

Managed the capturing and transforming of InsightPact's institutional knowledge on facilitation and dialogue design. This involved architecting and maintaining the organization's knowledge management system, authoring resources for team use, and ideating new revenue-generating offerings.

• Founded the Learning & Community department of InsightPact, which involved:
• Designing, producing, and delivering a six-week online training program on facilitation to onboard new hires and external contractors
• Crafting the organization's community engagement strategy
• Establishing and refining organization-wide operational and documentation processes in anticipation of scaling
• Hiring InsightPact's first Learning & Community Director
• Supporting the organization's agency work (co-designing and facilitating online and hybrid workshops, conferences, meetings, and trainings for InsightPact's global, social-impact-oriented clientele)

Conducted research on collaboration between professionals in community-based organizations following the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic using adapted field research techniques.

LACOL is a consortium of ten top liberal arts colleges in the US. The partnership promotes innovation and effective digital teaching and learning through inter-institutional collaboration.I served as a member of the Learner Experience team for "Introduction to Data Science," a fully digital, credit-bearing course under LACOL’s Critical Data Science.

Oversaw and supported ten first-year students in their transition to Vassar. Served as a peer mentor, referral agent, and guide for academic and personal challenges. Facilitated weekly group conversations on personal and community well-being. Organized residence hall events.
