Took part in the launch of a pilot program, THRIVE for Single Mothers Returning to Work, which incorporated wellness and economic empowerment components for single mothers living in poverty. Following THRIVE, Thriving Generations Employment Agency was formed to remove barriers to employment through Bridge2Work. Conducted outreach presentations and communicated with WorkBCs and other agencies to recruit for B2W. Facilitated intake sessions with new candidates. Provided one-on-one case management and developed action plans with candidates to establish readiness for work placements. Assisted with school and training applications and co-facilitated interview skills workshops. Managed a caseload of over 100 clients.

Seasonal customer service for Purdy's Group Purchase Program. My duties included making outgoing sales calls and taking incoming program support calls. I placed customer orders by phone, and promoted the office ordering program for the Christmas season.
