I am an experienced former ‘Big 4’ technology consultant with a background in finance working in Queensland Government water infrastructure. Have spent 10+ years implementing SAP budgeting and forecasting solutions, and more recently in the role of advisor in the selection and procurement of technology solutions Public and Private. I have a comprehensive understanding of contemporary technology solutions from Field Services and Operations, through to Corporate systems and SecOps. My current certifications and registrations include OneTrust Privacy Platform and Microsoft learning platform. Previous certifications include Design Thinking and Blue Prism RPA.My career with Deloitte and EY spanned 8 years with involvement in some of the largest and most complex technology projects in Australia at the time. This includes Rio Tinto’s Global HR Re-structure, Chevron ‘Gorgon and Wheatsone’ Budgeting and Planning, and Energy Queensland SAP ERP Transformation. My project experience as a user, designer, or developer in an array of applications and technology landscapes helps to identify requirements and communicate them effectively. Most project roles were as a development team SME, with some project management in addition to hands-on functional process redesign. I have experience in roles as a management accountant in Queensland government, managing regulated water assets, facilitating the budgeting and forecasting processes, managing depreciation, capitalisation, retirement, and impairment of assets, and development of regulatory funding models. I have a strong understanding of Whole of Government strategies and have developed BPC budgeting and reporting models for internal management reporting, external statutory reporting, and Whole of Government TRIDATA reporting. I have strong capabilities with Excel, Word and PowerPoint and a good ability to pick-up new applications.
