Additionally, we deployed around 40 new servers, including Print Servers, Monitoring and Logging Servers, and Backup Servers. Our VMware Infrastructure managed over 150 VMs, utilizing over 30 TB of storage and almost 1 TB of RAM. This environment was high-availability, replicated, and fully backed up, all built from the ground up.Among our most notable achievements were:Upgrading the gaming accounting system to Aristocrat Oasis 360.Transitioning the Hotel's reservation software from LMS to Oracle Opera 5.Updating Point of Sale (POS) Systems, upgrading from Micros 9700 to Oracle Simphony.Enhancing company software through impactful projects such as:Upgrading Active Directory, Domain Controllers, File Servers, and Print Servers.Migrating from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2013 for the company's email solution.Key Achievements:Significantly improved service availability, reducing downtime from frequent occurrences to rare instances or none at all.Minimized urgency and on-call calls from a daily basis to weekly.Decreased Capital Expenditure (CapEx) by reclaiming hardware.
