Created, implemented, and presented lectures for COLL1000, a first-year seminar course. Introduced students to the academic standards involved in college courses; connected students with peers, faculty, and other resources in the college community; and introduced students to the application of study practices and habits of mind that contribute to academic success in higher education.

I worked worked as a tutor for the Student Support Services (TRiO) program which helps students develop the skills and motivation to succeed and graduate from a post-secondary institution. Services include assistance with career selection, personal tutoring, financial literacy education, information and assistance with financial aid, academic advice and assistance, educational seminars, cultural activities and, for those who wish to transfer, assistance in selecting a four-year college or university. Leadership opportunities are available through TRiO’s Student Leadership Institute and Peer Tutoring programs.TRiO is available to students who have an academic need and meet enrollment guidelines. Academic needs include required corequisite courses for English, reading and math; low grade point average or ACT test score or having been out of school for five or more years. Enrollment guidelines specify inclusion of “first-generation” students whose parents have not graduated from a four-year college or university, low-income students and/or students with disabilities.

Greet and engage with customers, offering assistance in selecting and locating different beverages, including wines, spirits, and beers. Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences and offer information about various brands and options available in the greater Knoxville area. Ensuring store cleanliness, restocking of product, and processing transactions.

For credit, worked with the in-house counsel team under the direct supervision of the Chief Legal Counsel. Reviewed and drafted NDAs, legal memorandum, purchase orders, sterilization contracts, and Continuum Solutions contracts. Researched and drafted legal documentation concerning federal regulations of medical devices under EUA based on COVID-19. Drafted various legal documentation as templates for associate attorney's continued use in-house.

Engaged with customers to resolve service and product-related disputes. Coordinated with management to establish operating procedures and solutions to customer service inquiries. Offered assistance to customers and made product recommendations.

Under direction of integration supervisor installed and maintained infrastructure, network, and broadcast capabilities. Installation and termination of CAT6, XLR, and Fiber Optic cabling. Drafted electrical room documentation in AutoCAD for posterity and organization.
