Transformed Student Outreach Operations for the Career Advancement Center by building digital marketing and communication tools from scratch. Designed an inaugural process for required career development skills in an academic setting, increasing participation rate from 40% to 93%. • Facilitate the virtual learning of 6 first grade students who had 5 different teachers. Teachers taught in zoom 3 hours out of a 6.5 hour day. I managed, taught and facilitated the rest of their day.
• Problem solved daily to develop the best strategies for students, as this was a brand new situation for everyone involved.
• Developed a plan for pod-room management. Pod room layout designed a specific way for students to focus virtually, and in person at the same time. Pod schedule developed to both meet the needs of virtual teachers, and.
