I am an experienced tech exec and founder. I am currently working on a stealth neurotherapeutics company in the Bay Area. My previous roles include Basecamp Research, a generative AI protein design company. Protein AI is fundamentally restricted by the lack of diverse data, but we're here to change that. At Basecamp Research, I focused on making our scaling process as smooth as possible. Together with my cofounder Ling I started Grip, a women's health company that predicts fertility outcomes using public data and at home testing. Grip was acquired by Hertility in early 2022. Before that, I was employee #4 and later General Partner at Entrepreneur First, playing a key role in building our $10B portfolio. I built our European talent strategy and hired >600 engineers. I was end to end responsible for designing and executing EFs global expansion, setting up and managing offices in Singapore, Berlin, Hong Kong, Paris, and Bangalore.I speak four languages, finished three degrees, wrote a thesis on thermodynamics in windmills, and ran a travel agency to North Korea.
