The journey started in 2004, when I had the first tough decision to decide my future path, International Law was my choice because of my passion in understanding how these huge systems work, how can all people get equal rights.At the same time, my first passion has always been programming and designing to dive into these processes. Therefore, the birth of my first new self employed office for programming and designing, and then I started to build my skills in management, business development, strategic planning, and project management. The beginning was on a high level of challenging and decision making, and after becoming better in job controlling my office became one of the best in its region. And here we start another part of the journey...My skills in management, my passion in human rights, and my higher target of making fruitful effective steps toward behaving a better generation, so I started Sham voluntary cultural centre which aims to reach this target and more. Four main projects have been taking part at the centre: Sham club for readers (co-reading and discussing project), NIWA(educational and entertainment activities for children), We read for you (books and articles voice recording for blinds, and people who like to listen to audio books), and Sham exchange library (books borrowing for free).In 2012, after the war started in Syria, I relocated to Saudi Arabia to start establishing my new self employed company in trading, starting from scratch, to team building, strategic planning, and monitoring, to reach one of the best self employed companies in clothes trading in Jeddah, and after 6 years when the recovery trip got started in Syria, I moved back to my home country full of motivation and dreams.In 2018, I came back to Syria to continue my work in job management, as well as my passion in International Law and researching, so I made a diploma in cybercrime in 2021, and I got Fakhri Al Baroudi Award for youth historians for my research about the history of cultural and literatural salons in Syria.My journey is going, my project management projects have been working well, I have been developing in Syria and in Saudi Arabia, an my voluntary activities were developed as well (I organised TEDxAlQassaa event in Damascus in July 2023 which was a huge step), and my passion is becoming bigger and bigger to join bigger companies or international humanitarian organisations to make effects on higher level and to develop my skills more and more..Ahmad Al Tobol
