Ashlee is a hard-working human resources professional, currently serving as Pennoni’s HR Associate. She has very efficient communication skills from her current role, classroom work and internship experience, as well as she excels in team development within her work and classroom environments. Ashlee was a part of Cabrini University's Business Honor Society and their LEADStrong Program. Her efforts were recognized as she received the Academic Departmental Award for Human Resources Management from Cabrini University in 2020.
