Supplier Quality Engineer,Improving Universal Robots quality system towards the suppliers.- Introducing systems as PPM to monitor the suppliers.- improving the Non Conformity process, including the reports to the suppliers.Improving supplier quality- The suppliers actually had a very high level, but the missing requiremnets from UR, made it hard for the suppliers to improve in the best way, so after establishing a better NCR process the suppliers was able to adjust and improve to UR specifications. - Main suppliers for me was Mechanical parts, with suppliers from Denmark, China, Thailand and Taiwan.- I was a small part of the PPAP process at UR, whic mainly consisted of going through Diemension reports and feedback to the supplier and requiring missing documents.-Drawing review, to see if the suppliers would be able to produce and understand the drawing.Feedback and support between Suppliers and UR mechanical engineers, to sort potetiel issues with the parts or production setup.

Cooperate with the Technical department and the Suppliers to ensure quality expectations are met.- Part of the Concession handling process.- Cooperate with development, technical and purchase departments to reduce supplier related issues.- Work together with other quality areas claim handling, firewalls, quality assurance both in Denmark, Brazil and China.- Participating in cross functional problem-solving teams, to initiate and lead process optimization.-Monthly Supplier evaluations sent to the top 10 biggest suppliers in Europe and top 10 Chinese, based on this report, a Supplier meeting each Quarter of the Year. I am responsible for the reports and 5 of European Suppliers. - Helping Suppliers to optimize their productions, I have seen many companies so I can suggest other points of views to their challenges in their productions.
