Engagement & BrandingPromote company brand through social network channelsOrganize training for new hires; Plan and coordinate internal training sessionsOrganize internal activities (Birthday, Christmas, YEP)Collaborate with Universities for job fair, workshop, education sponsorship3. As a 180-degree consultant, serve candidates from Middle to Executive levels, both Vietnamese candidates and expatriates. Focus on HR & Administration, Accounting & Finance, and Sales positions in IT, Education, and Trading industries.Responsible for a full cycle recruitment process from candidate sourcing to onboardingWork closely with the Hiring Managers to understand the talent portfoliosPerform targeted candidate searches with a large focus on cold calling; multi-channeling via employee referrals, internal talent pools, social media, and professional networks (Facebook, CareerBuilder & LinkedIn)Conduct screening methods before candidate endorsement including initial phone interviews and online interviewsNegotiate and finalize arrangements between clients and candidates.

Create Talent pools for future hiring needs based on common hiring profiles.Correspond with past candidates regarding the current working status and available job openings
