Led Tally’s B2B product strategy, with responsibility for setting the product vision, pitching new business, managing partner stakeholders, and spearheading the implementation team. Secured our first partner(consumer finance company, ~$40B market cap), and delivered a successful production beta in H2 2024.Additionally, led the Financial Platform team responsible for Tally’s backend architecture and services, including expanding from a monoline, B2C product to a multiproduct, B2B2C ecosystem. Drove the product life cycle for critical domains such as financial instruments (loans), external financial data aggregation, and user lifecycle states.

Responsible for increasing post-activation engagement. Brought Tally’s card management and loan servicing features into the web app, refactored the post-activation UI (Tally “hub”) as a series of modular capabilities, and drove initiatives to improve the card linking experience for users.

Led the Card product team that successfully migrated 2 million existing GM card customers onto the Marcus card platform and simultaneously, launched 3 new credit cards unique to the partnership, with value propositions for retail and SMB segments. Build highlights include creating an all-new client UI; refactoring account management, rewards, & partner SSO; and adding a dealerships sales channel.

US Deposits Product Management, Savings and CD Portfolio.Led the Savings product team with direct responsibility for the product roadmap for High Yield Savings and CDs. Supported a $13 billion increase in deposits, with a total of $70 billion under management and 1.5 million customers. Dramatically improved the speed of development by migrating to a new cloud-based architecture, and by bringing critical domains out of vendors and into the Marcus backend.
