• Monitor day-to-day operations for VIP, Private, Ferry, Cargo, ambulance, and Commercial flights, report on performance, and recommend actionable improvements. • Receive and acknowledge new requests; and prepare new trip files ensuring necessary information has been received.• Responsible for applying for landing and overfly permits via the airport authority.• Communicate directly with the Aircraft's operators to arrange the services needed for the aircraft.• Arrange the requested Ground Handling, Hotel, Catering, and Fuel requests and deal with all vendors. • Provide a clear and comprehensive final Flight Briefing document to the client, in liaison with FPL• Ensuring aircraft, crew and passengers have all necessary equipment, documents, visas, and other entry requirements by concerned states/regions.• Following up on flight movement and keeping the clients updated throughout the flight.

• Overall, responsible for handling the airport service.- Responsible for facilitating the arrival and departure of aircraft and their passengers.- Respond promptly to requests from all cabin crew members.- Coordinate ramp services, which provide all necessary types of services (Equipment, fuel, Catering).- Escort and assist the flight crew and passengers with all terminal procedures. - Respond to aircraft and other airport emergencies and fulfill assigned duties.• Supervise flight planning and documentation - Arrange computer flight plans and weather reports for the flight. - Coordinate with load control and ramp handling. - Manage the ramp support team and clerks' movements within our aircraft to accomplish all services safely.• Handle baggage reconciliation for transfer and local joining passengers. - Ensure passenger baggage and cargo are loaded in the fleet per loading instructions. - Verify the passenger manifest, cargo doc, load sheet, and general declaration carefully. - Hand over the verified documents to the captain onboard.• Maintain friendly relationships with vendors and understand their operations methods.
