When I was two, my grandfather said to me, "Ame Jo, what part of 'NO' do you not understand?."I replied, "I think it's the O."I still don't like the word "NO." I am a problem solver and at times, annoyingly optimistic. I am passionate about planning and strategy. I love puzzles. I have a natural ability to look at the big picture and see how all of the parts work together to become something more than.There is nothing more gratifying than being a part of an organization that operates like a well-oiled machine. Throughout my career I've been able to introduce and streamline processes that are effective and efficient. I have been able to identify the scope of key markets and how to execute on them.
