Data Management & Analysis• Primary point of contact and manager of all daily & historical raw tax lot data files: Access APL and SS&C Advent databases to extract multi-custodial raw data for a team of 18 to access utilize daily, troubleshooting bulk tax lot datasets averaging $1B AUM daily• Extract, upload, reconcile and audit client data from various Portfolio Management Systems (SS&C Advent, APL, Fiserv, Schwab, Fidelity), processing client portfolios averaging $50-100 million AUM daily• Utilize powertools, scripts, macros, pivot tables, & vlookups to extract daily SEC regulatory updates, ticker changes, stock splits, and pricing informationCross-Functional Projects• Collaborate with developers to assist Parametric in the transitory period of automating daily tasks to meet Morgan Stanley standards via scripts, macros, and executables; eliminating several manual tasks• Create test cases and troubleshooting insights for software engineers to understand and mitigate errors in datasets• Construct an in-house library on troubleshooting docs & standard procedure documents with team collaboration to formalize daily processes and match Morgan Stanley’s data management standards• Conducted several peer interviews for Associate Portfolio Manager position, providing hiring suggestions to direct manager, ultimately hiring someone I suggested• Trained newly hired coworker on daily processes on daily pricing files tax lot data management• Spearheaded presentations to educate adjacent departments on our direct processes and how they apply throughout the organization

Oversees properties from pre-construction phase until tenant-leased. Must comply with Township, HOA, HUD, and internal rules/regulations. In charge handling permits, rental applications, tenant documents, and creating leases for 50 properties at a time.
