- Effectively planning and executing auditengagements and other assignments to meetstringent deadlines including supervision,training and motivation of team members.- Amicably supervising, reviewing andfinalizing assurance engagements includingpreparation of deliverables and resolving auditdifferences observed during fieldwork.- Understanding needs of clients and buildingstrong client relationships; ensuring compliancewith requirements of technical standardsincluding International Standards on Auditing(ISAs) for audit engagements; managing team ofprofessionals and providing them on job and offjob training by coaching them with best practicesand PwC policies and procedures.- Auditing various listed and unlisted clientswith IFRS as accounting framework; advisingclients on accounting matters under IFRS.
