I have successfully concluded a management buyout of a multinational consumer goods company in Pakistan, for which I serve as CEO. I also serve as an independent Board member and chair the Audit Committee of a listed company in Pakistan. My career trajectory spans multiple sectors - management consulting, government/international organizations, and entrepreneurship. I have worked with leading institutions including McKinsey & Company, the UK Prime Minister’s office, and the United Nations. I have global professional experience having worked extensively in North America, Europe, Middle East & Asia, and Africa. I champion creative solutions to problems, have an agile mindset and am laser-focused on results. I am able to jump into unfamiliar, uncharted and unconventional work environments, rapidly identify value drivers, and engage multi-functional teams to focus on top priorities.
