- Electrical load estimation, cable sizing, equipment sizing and designing of low and extra low voltage systems including appropriate protections. - Preparing shop drawings, load schedule, single line diagram and installation details for low voltage, extra low voltage, water supply, drainage and life safety systems by considering both local standard and client requirement. - Acquiring approval for drawings and materials, planning and scheduling of materials and manpower as required and timely arrangement of materials at site for smooth movement of works at site.- Raising inspection request on completion of particular part of work, attending inspection and providing site clearances.- Coordinating with main contractor and consultant team for solving technical issues at site.- Monitoring work progress, preparing work progress reports, attending work progress meetings, preparing and submitting variations and bills.- Documentation, raising inspections and acquiring authority approvals.- Preparing as built drawings, operations and maintenance manual and other handing over documents for submitting to the client.

- Detailed study of scope of work, specification, drawings, equipment schedule, cutsheets and bill of quantities from tender package.- Quantity takeoff using appropriate methods and software, maintaining a tender analysis sheet for the project and comparing the same with the bill of quantities in the tender package, attending site survey and clarification meetings.- Estimating the project cost by considering the material cost, labor cost, overheads, service fee and project completion period for the complete project as per the tender documents.- Preparing quotation by clearly mentioning the considered scope, exclusion, price and other terms & conditions, acquiring approvals and submitting the proposal within the deadline.

- Compatibility Inspection of new telecommunication tower sites as per the check list from the client and TRA standards.- Quality assurance and inspection on works done by contractors at new sites and upgradation sites.- Quantity verification of the bill of quantities submitted by the contractor and rectifying the quantities on any mismatch.- Examining the site and preparing site examination reports and documenting the reports along with commissioning reports to submit it to client.- Simulation of various situations of emergency and recording the response of different systems and alarms. - Simulating different conditions of standby generator and verifying the working of the generators and its alarms.- Collecting sample photographs of site and the works conducted in the site and documenting them.
