Implemented major product features are:• Eliminated Password hassles by leveraging Firebase Authentication with phone number OTP integration, the user experience was enhanced, eliminating password-related issues and reducing user dropouts by 23%, while significantly expediting onboarding.• Developed an automated certificate generation tool enabling instant distribution to participants upon course and webinar completion, successfully eliminating 100% of post-event management efforts.• Developed a cutting-edge user tracking and reporting module that provides real-time insights into user behaviour, dropouts, login frequency, source tracking (UTM), and feature usage.
