Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Startup Follow up Review of EPC contractor’s instrument deliverables and FEED such as block diagrams, datasheets, functional specifications, control philosophies, schematics, layout drawings, terminations diagrams, schedules, loop diagrams, logic diagrams, hook-up arrangements, etc. Review of vendor documents for equipment/package items. Supervisory site surveys for pre-commissioning and commissioning punch listing before mechanical completions and ready for start-up issuing. Instruments site acceptance test (SAT) follow up and reporting. Supervision on Loop check and function test activities. Assisting in the coordination of daily pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities with multi disciplines and EPC. Instrument index completion and editing (e.g. Adding Safety Integrity Level –SIL categorization) Maintenance Work Instructions preparation according to instrument and analyzer type and model.
