1. As a supervisor and leader of product team2. Lead the design, development and implementation of Dunham Bush products based on internal and customer needs.3. Oversee continuous improvement of existing products, in term of product simplification, cost down and others.4. Promote product quality, safety and performance.5. Verify that all assigned product designs comply with applicable standards, customer requirements and sound engineering principles.6. Prepare and maintain drawings, purchased part specifications, procedures, bill of material, product literature, installation manuals, product development files, product certification files such as CE, AHRI, ETL and other documents required for the design, manufacture and testing of the products, in accordance to QSP-02.7. Provide technical support to sales/marketing, warranty services, quality control & production departments, associate companies and customers as needed.8. Assist purchasing department in sourcing components & raw materials, providing specifications and evaluating quality of vendors.9. Perform other related duties assigned by the product development manager.10. Attend the company/business calls at all time.

• Assist to Provide proper report to customer after completion of a services call• Assist to Ensure machine downtime is kept to minimum• Assist to Ensure parts defect on machine is been replace• Support, repair and servicing of BHS PLC related system.
