CurrentAlternate Fuel Division Automotive Internship at KPITI am currently involved in the advanced research of the next iteration of hydrogen fuel cell stack design at KPIT as an Automotive Intern in the Alternate Fuel Division. The primary responsibilities of my position are to ensure the feasibility and efficacy of these innovative fuel cells through CAD modeling, analysis, and testing.Principal Duties:1. Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Modeling: I employ sophisticated CAD software to generate intricate models of hydrogen fuel cell towers. This entails meticulous design work to guarantee that all components function effectively and fit together seamlessly.2. Analysis: I perform comprehensive analyses of the CAD models to identify potential issues and areas for improvement. This encompasses thermal analysis, tension analysis, and fluid dynamics to guarantee that the fuel cells can endure real-world conditions.3. Testing and Validation: In addition to virtual modeling, I am also involved in the practical aspect of validating our designs. This encompasses the establishment and execution of real-world evaluations to evaluate the hydrogen fuel cells' efficiency, durability, and performance.Projects include:At present, I am engaged in a project that is designed to improve the efficiency and dependability of hydrogen fuel cells, which are a promising alternative to conventional fossil fuels. This initiative is essential for the advancement of sustainable automotive technologies and the mitigation of the environmental impact of transportation.Utilized Skills:- Expertise in the use of CAD software for the purpose of intricate modeling and design.- The ability to conduct a variety of engineering analyses using analytical skills.- Techniques for testing and validating in the actual world to guarantee their practicality.- Collaborating with a team of engineers and researchers to foster innovation in alternative fuel technologies.
