Interana is a fast and scalable event-based analytics solution to answer critical business questions about how customers behave and products are used.The Cloud SRE team is responsible for building software to leverage and adopt cloud technologies. I was brought in to build and grow the DevOps teams for Interana’s Managed Analytics Service deployed in the customer’s cloud environment. In the first six months, I created two teams and doubled the department's size. I established a baseline for deploying, monitoring, and processes for all the teams using efficiency metrics and Agile frameworks.- Org planning and growth strategy. Skyfire is dedicated to leveraging the power of cloud computing to radically improve the mobile Internet experience for both operators and their consumers. Responsible for a team of 10+ people including DevOps, IT, and Support. My teams built and managed the technology behind Skyfire’s SaaS and Managed Video Optimization Service. This includes developing the tooling for Linux-based solutions and infrastructure, platform, and workload solutions in the SaaS and Telco-related verticals.Opera acquired Skyfire to integrate video optimization solutions across Opera’s entire footprint.
