I may be driven by a need to push ourselves over what we know, to better our potential. I have climbed some of the worlds highest mountains in difficult geographies, planted thousands of trees to reclaim wasteland & every day, I challenge myself in academics and in enterprise. i consider myself lucky and privileged to have travelled all 7 continents as an adventurer, a explorer, trying to redefine - who i am & still seek answers. In business, My work is about sustainability in all we do. Globally, humanity’s Ecological Footprint or "demand on nature" exceeds the bio capacity or "Nature’s ability to meet demands" by 75%. We need to reduce our demands on supply of natural capital. Business and government intervention is required to reverse the risky trends of climate change. The impact of climate change will be most felt by the global south. I work to build businesses in the areas of renewables and natural resources & so that people have us to turn to, for help to cross the green divide. We want to make everybody who engages with us carbon neutral, water positive and zero discharge.My fix, is perhaps, in being able to improve the quality of thought by being truthful about what living means to each of us. To uncover, How much courage one has, for what one really knows, How much truth can people endure or dare of themselves. In my quest to make our world better, i try to; show people, beliefs that stop or limit them, feel emotions they havent felt before, help with different points of view, encourage them to live lives which they will pride, as also find strength to deal with their failures.My work is in areas of Sustainability, Organisation Strategy, General Management, Design and Delivery of Complex Projects, Business behaviour & People development, articulate at communicating complex ideas to others, including teaching. Professional activities include Talent Engagements, Training, Coaching, Seminars & Presentations at various levels of Corporate South Asia.
