Pacira Pharmaceutical has developed the therapeutic product solution for the opioid epidemic, called EXPAREL. With limited production capacity for this medicine in San Diego, my role was created with the vision to manage the tech transfer project of the global production by a CMO in the UK. A lot of people were not familiar with learning and development methodologies or proper project management habits. I introduced those to the company, and we have been able to deliver the project deliverables on time, in budget and with a team of much better-trained individuals.

Genentech/Roche creates new clinical development and appropriate clinical protocols for the global roll-out. The new level of learning using eLearning solutions we identified together with new objectives. a better understanding and support of global clinical development for the director and a team of scientists at Genentech and Roche as well as a US team of developers to develop and provide change solutions for highly complex clinical therapeutic cancer studies to global audiences of practitioners, doctors, nurses, patients and research institutions was needed. I was selected to create appropriate amendments to existing materials, drive the business teams at all locations and develop better understanding of the value of new learning approaches.
