CurrentAs a Mobile Auto Detailer Owner and Manager of “ Mel's Auto Detailing” I have a multifaceted role. Not only do I travel to client locations to deliver exceptional auto detailing services, but I also have the responsibility of managing my team, currently my team consists of one additional worker that works part time. In addition to performing detailing services myself, I oversee the scheduling and coordination of appointments, ensuring that all client requests are met efficiently and effectively. I delegate tasks and responsibilities to my team members, providing guidance and support to ensure that our services are delivered to the highest standards.As a manager and owner, I am responsible for training any new workers, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver top-quality detailing services. I provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help them improve their techniques and maintaining records of employee attendance and performance. I work closely to implement strategies and initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction.I take pride in balancing my own detailing work with the responsibilities of managing and scheduling, I ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and customer satisfaction.
