I have been with Lifelines Counseling Center since 2008. I began as a Rape Crisis Volunteer Advocate. I soon after completed my degree in Criminal Justice, and began to work with the United Way 211 Helpline and National Suicide Prevention Hotline, while employed at Lifelines. Over the years, my agency invested in me through opportunities for professional development and endorsement. I have been given so much room to grow as a professional and an individual. For the last few years, I have worked as the Regional Care Coordinator for the Help Me Grow Alabama program. We now have a division, at Lifelines, devoted to Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health and Development. As of last May, I became endorsed as an Infant Family Associate with First Five Alabama. I have spanned the country from coast to coast and border to border, attending the most excellent conferences for extended training. Lifelines Counseling Services has given me the opportunity to excel and they have truly been the wind beneath my wings. I am truly grateful to work with such an awesome group and happy to call them my work "Family"!
