As Graphic Designer for Mistral, I am responsible for the brand integrity of the company. I started my job by redesigning the swing tags and general look and usage of the logo to fit with the more modern and youthful audience they are targeting. From then on, I have worked on countless projects that include the redesigning of storefronts, to window display design through to working on seasonal look books for our retail stores and wholesale agents. Day to day, I work on the email marketing including segmenting our contacts to optimise our marketing strategies as well as keeping our site visually looking fresh.One of my largest projects to date was working on the transition of the company website from VisualSoft to Shopify. I was at the forefront of the design and content creation of the new site as well as working on marketing integrations such as Klaviyo and Okendo.I have also had the opportunity to expand my knowledge of E-commerce as a whole, working on the visual merchandising of the site as well as learning product upload strategies and baseline SEO.

I am currently involved in the re-branding and re-construction of graphics at Noah's Ark Day Nursery. This experience is letting me expand my design skills as designing for children is a very different ask than designing for those older audiences. Under the umbrella of Southampton's Solent Creatives, I was a freelance graphic designer and photographer working with both Southampton Solent University as well as external clients.I continuously gained freelancing skills such as communication, reflective writing, business planning, research, pitching and networking. My most prestigious project was working alongside The Carnival Group UK / Complete Cruise Solution on a recruitment advertising campaign.

I was involved in work experience with Graphic Design company, Spirit Design, in which I created numerous business card, brochure and packaging designs for a number of companies. From this I gained an insight as to what it was like to work as free-lancer in the industry as well as gaining skills in interacting with clients and the book keeping side of business.
