This includes advice on asset management strategies, environmental & regulatory changes, property & asset lifecycle insights and development of capital investment plans in line with industry standards, client requirements and the key pillars of data quality.Delivering work bids, proposals, pricing, and leading client & internal/external stakeholder engagement. The implementation and management of end-to-end QA/QC across all asset management projects including the implementation of modern technology & system solutions.The identification, recruitment, training & upskilling of personnel to ensure projects & associated data outputs are delivered to a consistent and high-quality standard. Business development, identification of new opportunities and the creation of workstreams & capabilities in response to growing demands.
