Developed Method 8270D to suit processing of environmental air samples that are mustard agent-contaminated. Assisted management of laboratory operations including equipment procurement, sample process and report development, procedure testing and documentation, staffing and training, quality assurance auditing, hazardous waste management, and communicating with site (client) for laboratory performance expectations and requirements. The laboratory (a.k.a. Process Engineering Group Laboratory) was repeatedly commended by the client and peers for outstanding turnaround time and quality of deliverables. Additionally served on behalf of the EPA as a quality and technical systems auditor of long-term air toxic trends laboratories across the United States; assisted laboratories across the nation in optimizing quality control and laboratory systems.
