• My primary responsibility was to receive incoming shipments of clothing and accessories.• Daily I will unpack boxes, tag, fold or hang the clothes, and check to see if they are to be put on the sales floor or in the stockroom.• I maintained the cleanliness and organization of the stockroom to ensure efficient access to merchandise.• I assisted in restocking shelves and racks on the sales floor, ensuring that products were readily available for customers.• During busy times, I collaborated with the sales team to fulfill customer requests and maintain a smooth shopping experience.• I also participated in periodic floor layouts to ensure new items and collections had a home on the sales floor that was visually appealing and met customer needs.• Communication with the management team regarding stock levels and any issues with merchandise was a crucial part of my role.
